I just realized the height of Bandai's dickery.
See all those cards? They're for SIC Decade, looks like he has all the normal cards for each of the riders that he uses to change into them, the normal base forms.
As you may or may not know, Decade has an ultimate form, Decade Complete, where he can summon the past riders' ultimate form like a Stand from Jojo to fight along side him. When he does this the all cards on his chest shift to the picture of the rider he summoned.
Now see all those cards there? They're nice aren't they...do you see the only one that has multiples? It's Kiva Emperor. That's right, the only ultimate form SIC that was FUCKING WEBSHOP EXCLUSIVE is the one that they gave the cards for. Fuck you Bandai, fuck you.
tl;dr Bandai only gave us the cards for the SIC that was an exclusive.
